This website is operated by Niles Home Goods ("we", "us", "our"), located at 872 Carberry Rd, Niles, MI 49120, United States. By visiting our site or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete purchase and account information.
3. Products and availability
We sell physical home goods. Product photography is representative; natural materials such as wood and linen vary in grain, tone and texture. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or correct descriptions at any time. All items are subject to availability, and we may cancel and fully refund an order if an item becomes unavailable.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD $) and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We accept major credit and debit cards and supported digital wallets through our PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery timelines, shipping charges, return eligibility and refund timing are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our intellectual property, to transmit malicious code, to scrape or interfere with the site's operation, or to submit false or misleading information.

All site content — including text, photography, graphics, logos and the Niles Home Goods name — is our property or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Except as expressly stated, products are provided without warranties beyond those implied by applicable law and our 30-day guarantee. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Berrien County, Michigan.
